I was out watching that terrible, horrible, wake-up-in-the-morning-and-ask-yourself “did that game really happen” game last night… and man did that game ruin my night at the local establishment. Anyways, I was out watching the game last night, and two Citizen Cope songs got spun on the new-fangled jukebox thingie. It made me realize that my rebuilt playlists don’t have enough stuff from Mr. Greenwood. It also reminded me of this song which reminds me of Citizen Cope. I think it’s because there are a couple notes strung together that remind of “D’Artagnan’s Theme.”

Nick Mulvey seems like a guy that everyone’s about to know about. Kind of in a Hosier or Michael Franti kind of way.

Well I don’t know how else to say it
In a different way
But why don’t you just fade away
‘Cause there’s a battle going on
Down south of Babylon
So why don’t you just fade away

– Citizen Cope

I know, words from the wrong song, dummy. It’s “Mix and Match Sunday.” Hmm, not very catchy. “Swappin’ Sundays?”
